0. Read through 'the FC Guide'

The FC Guide is a great starting point for our existing and new consignors. It will help guide you through what we are looking for and when we'd like to see it come into the shop. It also gives you an understanding of how we would like to have clothes, accessories handled before bringing them into the shop.

1. Book an Appointment

When you book your FC Consignment appointment with us, the consignor is responsible for adding the correct information (email, phone, etc) to the booking appointment so we can best notify you about your consignment.

Our appointment open to the public on the first of every quarter. We put out over 300 appointments each quarter. If you missed a chance at getting an appointment for the quarter, visit our contact us page to get on our Consignment Cancellation List.

2. Your Appointment Day

Each consignment appointment is schedule for up to 30-minutes per consignor. We ask that you bring your items folded neatly in reusable bags, or paper bags. We find this is the best way for our team to work through the items throughly.

During your appointment, we offer our consignors a 10% off discount as a small thank you for consigning with us.

We will go over those items, and give any items that didn't work for the shop back to you.

Want to DONATE your items that we didn't accept? We work with a number of non-profit organizations that we donate any of those items to.

3. Your 60-Day Consignment Period

Consignor have a 60-day consignment period with us. During that time, the money that you make will be available to use as store credit for 15% more than the amount. That mean you can shop against your account if you find something you like.

4. You're 60-Day Reminder

On the 60th day of your consignment, you will receive an email notification (from the email account that you used to set up the initial appointment) about your FC Payout. You are required to schedule your payout with us in a timely manner to avoid any items being donated by Favorites Consignment.

This reminder will always be sent to our consignors because it an automated notification. We may be in your junk mail.

5. You're Scheduled Payout Day

You are not required to show up on your FC Payout day. But you are required to schedule a payout if you want to collect any of your unsold items.

If you can not make your date you scheduled for your payout, you will have a 14-day grace period to collect any unsold items.

Any items that are left after the 14-day grace period will be subject to donation.
