Consignor Scheduling

• Consignors can schedule one appointment at a time.
• Consignors will receive an email after their appointment to make another appointment.
• Listed times and dates are based off of Favorites Consignment availability.
• Multiple appointments can result in automatic cancellations by Favorites Consignment.

Consignor Commissions

• $0.01 to $150.00 the consignor receives 35% of the sell price.
• $150.01 to $500.00 the consignor receives 45% of the sell price.
• $500.99+ the consignor receives 55% of the sell price.

• Items are subject to markdowns of up to 50% if necessary to sell the item. Markdowns can happen at any time during the consignment period.

Consignor Payouts

• Starting November 3, 2024, consigned items will be displayed for 60-90 days. On the 60th day, consignors will be notified via email to schedule their payout option. Consignors will have 14 days from the scheduled FC Consignor Payout date to collect unsold items.

• Consignors can receive a payout in store credit with an additional 15% more added to your account balance, or a check payout (same as cash). If funds have not been collected or used within 6 month period of their expiration date, the funds will move to store credit automatically.

• Favorites Consignment will use the email information that is provided at my consignment appointment to communicate with me with reminders.

Damaged, Overlooked & Unsold Items

• No-Thank-Yous, Damaged, Overlooked and Unsold Items that are past their payout date will be considered abandoned and are subject to donation.

Fees

• All luxury and most high-end purses & accessories are authenticated in-house and with a third-party authentication. Fee start at $25.00
• Any items that are in need of a steam $5.00/per item.
• Any items that are pulled before the maturity date are subject to an early processing fee of $5.00/per item.
• There is a 1.5% credit card processing fee deducted from the consignor balance on the total sale of each of my items that is purchased using a credit card.

The Tough Stuff (Sorry, we hate that we have to share this part.)

• Favorites Consignment is not at fault for notifications emails that go to spam or junk folders.

• Favorites Consignment is not responsible for items damaged while on the sales floor; items lost due to theft; and items damaged or lost due to fire, earthquake or flood.

• Favorites Consignment reserves the right to refuse service, suspend and terminate consignorship.

• Consignors guarantee that all items consigned with Favorites Consignment are lawfully and entirely owned by them, or that they are the acting party of a person(s) who has given me authority to sell such items on their behalf.
